Where is Calibre Fitness Located?

Calibre Fitness is an Australian based company that delivers Australia wide. Our main office is based in Melbourne, but being a direct importer, we can import container loads to any major city around Australia, passing the savings on to the end customer!


 

 

If I find a cheaper price on one of your products elsewhere, can you beat it?

Calibre Fitness is confident that we will always have the best price in Australia on our whole range of products. However, if you happen to find a lower price, we'll gladly beat it! Just check out our Price Beat Guarantee!


 

 

Are my Credit Card Details Safe with you?

For all purchases we use eWAY as our payment provider - a highly regarded safe and professional partner who use the latest and most secure protocols and working practises. Calibre Fitness process credit card payments using the industry standard SSL secure server encryption when we process your transaction. This means that all financial information is encrypted as it travels between your computer, Calibre Fitness, and the payment system. We DO take measures to prevent people committing fraud against us, including recording the IP address (your computer's identification number on the internet) when you transact with us. Combined with the date and time of the transaction, we can usually track you down. We DO NOT keep these credit card details, they are used once, then discarded immediately afterwards.


 

 

Can I pay by cheque?

Absolutely. Although paying by cheque can hold up your order, as we will need to wait until the cheque arrives, before your order can be dispatched.

Can I pay cash on pickup?

Calibre Fitness is always happy to take your cash! If you are picking up your goods, you're more than welcome to pay with cash.


 

 

Are you able to offer finance?

Yes! Calibre Fitness use multiple finance companies in order to find you the best possible terms to suit your needs. For more information, just check out our finance page!


 

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. As we import directly, we are able to ship overseas, although the freight costs may be quite high for small orders. In the past, for overseas orders, we have generally organised container loads and shipped the orders directly from our supplier.


 

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time can vary depending on your location and whether the product it currently in stock. Generally, we will dispatch goods the day after we receive the payment for the order.

I put my order through, but it just went to a 'purchase order' page. Where do I put my credit card details in?

If a product is showing low stock on our system, rather than the website taking your money, the order will come through to us as a purchase order, so we can ensure the product ordered is available. In this situation, one of our customer representatives will check the stock availability and call you within 24 hours of receiving the purchase order.
